427 Cobra Speedometers

Mechanical Speedometer
This is the same Speedometer fitted to the original 427 Cobra Comp. and SC Cars,
CSX3001 - CSX3050 (first 50 427 Cobra's produced). In these cars, the Speedometers
were installed in the center of the dash (as pictured above the navigation ladder
for this website) allowing the more important Tach, Oil Press. and Water Temp. gauges
to be positioned directly in front of the driver.

This is the same Speedo fitted to the AC ACE & Bristol, 289 Cobras and the 427 Cobra"Street Cars";
in these cars, the Tach & Speedo were centered in front of the steering wheel, the 5 remaining
Gauges plus a Clock were installed in the center of the dash panel.
